--KANSAS IGNITION INTERLOCK
In some situations, Kansas law now permits those subject to driving restrictions pursuant to Breath/Blood test failures or refusals to install Ignition Interlock devices on their vehicles in lieu of restrictions. If one blows into a tube and has consumed any alcohol whatsoever, his vehicle will not start. The following are two vendors that provide such services:

--TRAFFIC DEFENSE SERVICES
Speeding infractions, tag violations, driving without insurance and driving on a suspended driver's license (DWS) may appear innocuous to the untrained violator. However, all traffic infractions and misdemeanors, in total, can have a dramatic impact on one's life. For example, three DWS, driving without insurance coverage, or any combination of three such violations within three years will result in a three year suspension as the unlucky defendant will be designated an Habitual Violator per K.S.A. 8-287.

Moreover, too many speeding violations within one year could result in a one year suspension. All such violations could turn up on employee background checks and thereby impact your future employability.
